Module 3 – Stroma biology and organoid based co-cultures
This module will be focusing on the stroma biology in pancreatic cancer.
We are providing you with an overview on the components and composition of the pancreatic tumor stroma, especially cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs). We will highlight the importance of the pancreatic stoma as a potential drug target. Furthermore, we will focus on how to isolate CAFs and work with organoid based co-cultures.
What do we want you to learn?
