Module 2 – Overview and introduction to organoids
This will be an overview of the available systems to model pancreatic cancer, ranging from genetically engineered mouse models to organoid cultures. With regard to the organoid cultures of Pancreatic Cancer (PaCa, PDAC), we will also provide an overview of the use of the platform for drug screening.
